- Klick sources products directly from verified suppliers across Mauritius.
- Each supplier manages the fulfillment of their products, and orders may be shipped separately if they come from different suppliers.
3. Delivery Timeframes
- Estimated delivery within 05 to 10 business days, depending on supplier location and delivery logistics.
- Remote areas may experience longer delivery times.
4. Delivery Charges
- Shipping fees vary based on product type, size, and delivery location.
- The applicable shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before completing the order.
5. Delivery Partners
- We collaborate with trusted local courier services to ensure timely and secure deliveries.
- Customers will receive updates on the status of their order via email or SMS.
6. Order Tracking
- Tracking details (if applicable) will be provided once the order is dispatched.
- Customers can check their order status through their Klick account.
7. Failed Deliveries & Redelivery Charges
- If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, the courier service will attempt re-delivery.
